At this time of global crisis, healthcare has seen unprecedented change over the past nine months. Covid-19 has accelerated the transformation of how care is provided by utilising digital technology at a scale never seen before. It has necessitated cross-sector working between health and care, commercial and third sectors.
Most importantly, this period has shown that change is possible in a highly regulated sector when the right conditions and capabilities come together.
And further change is inevitable, and much needed, as we continue to respond to the global pandemic whilst also looking towards recovery and the transformation of the health and care sector.
Whilst this is undeniably one of the most challenging periods for health and care, it too continues to show the possibilities and impact of change for the populations we serve.
