Biography

Victoria joined ICHP as a Senior Innovation Advisor in 2021 and was promoted to Innovation Manager in 2022. She is passionate about human-centred research and design, collaborative ways of working to bring about improved patient experience in our healthcare system, and creating positive workplace culture.

Victoria worked in various commercial and programme management roles over 10 years in the technology and financial services industries before completing a social and environment impact leadership programme to transition to the public sector, which included working at NEL Healthcare Consulting within the NHS. She is a dual UK and US citizen and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
