Biography

Rebecca was appointed as the Head of People and Organisational Development for Imperial College Health Partners in September 2022.

Rebecca graduated from the NHS Graduate Management Training scheme, (HR Specialism) in 2009 and has since worked across acute, tertiary and community NHS settings in both operational and strategic workforce roles.

Rebecca is passionate about supporting managers and leaders to shape a culture and working environment that is authentic, where employees feel that they can bring their whole self to work, whereby we collectively embrace and embed the learning from failure, celebrate individual and team success, and can thrive, develop and be happy.

Rebecca is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development and holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
