We organise quarterly education sessions to complement our CVD work with North West London and respond to needs identified by primary care staff in the region. Most of our training focuses on examples from hypertension and lipid management, with a few exceptions. Our goal is to support staff to implement population health management approaches in patient care, reviewing their population data and adopting relevant evidence-based practice.
