
Dr. Ololade Obadare is a Senior Innovation Advisor & a medical doctor with a strong foundation in clinical medicine and a deep passion for community health and preventative care. She is particularly interested in how policy can be effectively leveraged to improve population health outcomes.
Lola completed her foundation training at University Hospitals Birmingham and has worked across a range of clinical departments, gaining broad experience in patient care. She later served as a Medical Director’s Leadership Fellow at Manchester Foundation Trust, where she contributed to strategic initiatives and system-level improvements.
She holds a BMBS & a BMedSci from the University of Nottingham, and a postgraduate certification in Health Policy & Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
