
Natasha commenced her role at ICHP in October 2025.
She has spent the last 14 years working as a Midwife within the NHS, and in recent years has held multiple roles across the Voluntary Sector and in Independent Midwifery.
Natasha is passionate about quality improvement, cultural change, equity and reducing health inequalities.
She has dedicated the last few years of her career to working in improvement roles, advocating for true informed choice and personalised care for everyone accessing healthcare services, with her most recent NHS role being the Cultural Safety Lead Midwife at The Hillingdon Hospitals Foundation Trust.
Natasha also has lived experience of many hidden disabilities; is Autistic, has ADHD and lives with Autoimmune Conditions, and proudly brings that lens into her work.
