Jess joined ICHP as Service Design Lead in January 2025. She is passionate about transforming healthcare systems and services for patients through working collaboratively to co-create impactful, lasting and scalable solutions.
Jess has extensive experience in the innovation and human centred design space across sectors. She started her career in Hong Kong, the city she grew up in, working first at various creative design agencies and then at The Wall Street Journal as Director of Digital Product. From there, Jess moved to London and began her journey in the healthcare industry at AstraZeneca where she worked for over 8 years in various global innovation and local healthcare transformation roles.
She has the pleasure of taking the baton from Chanelle Corona while she is on maternity leave, and looks forward to continuing the great work Chanelle has embedded within both the organisation and its mission-led programmes.
