Biography

Heather Fitzke is Senior Quantitative Insights Manager at Imperial College Health Partners, leading the Real‑World Evidence (RWE) delivery team since 2025. She joined ICHP in 2024, bringing extensive experience in medical imaging, data science and health analytics.

Previously, Heather was a Post‑Doctoral Research Associate at University College London, working across Gastroenterology, Neuroscience and Oncology on international digital health and medical imaging projects. She collaborated with clinicians, software engineers and end‑users to develop imaging biomarkers that met technical requirements and integrated smoothly into clinical workflows. Alongside her research, she was active in public engagement, regularly communicating imaging and health science through media, festivals and educational outreach.

Heather holds an MSc in Epidemiology and a PhD in Neurogastroenterology & Motility, and has worked with clinical, academic and industry partners to translate scientific innovation into clinical and regulatory impact.
