
Fazeela is a Neurosciences Occupational Therapist and Innovation Lead who uses her frontline clinical experience to design, create and collaborate on improving healthcare services and pathways.
Having previously worked as an Improvement Lead and Head of Medical Engagement at a large London NHS organisation, she has now moved to the Academic Health Science Centre to lead in the delivery of the NWL vascular transformation.
Experienced in designing and delivering improvement projects, coaching leaders, stakeholder engagement and implementing change, she co-founded the award-winning Imperial HOTT (Helping Our Teams Transform) safer surgery improvement programme and remains faculty for Human Factors training programme since 2019.
She previously worked at St George’s and Kings NHS Trusts as a lead therapy clinician and has done expert witness work within her specialist area of neurological occupational therapy practice. She holds a Masters in Rehabilitation and certification in Lean 6sigma and MSP Foundations.
