Biography

Debbie joined ICHP as a Senior Innovation Manager in November 2025.

She is a healthcare innovation and transformation leader with over 16 years experience working across strategy consultancy, commercial and partnership lead roles – most recently as Health Innovation & Strategy Lead at Deloitte for eight years. Here, she developed a track record of taking innovations from concept to practice across large scale public and private organisations to deliver user-centered care, including COVID-19 testing pathways, Vodafone Centre for Health and AI-enabled transformation. Her work was awarded Innovation, Growth & New Business Models Gold by the Financial Times and British Media Interactive Media Association (BIMA) Top 100.

Debbie graduated with an MSc in Healthcare Design from Imperial College of London and an MRes from the Royal College of Arts London. Her thesis was on the redesign of a North West London based trauma emergency department to support effective, efficient and safe patient flow.
