
Catherine Fraher joined Imperial College Health partners in September 2025 as Innovation Lead (Strategy).
Catherine is an experienced leader of growth and innovation who works with communities and systems to understand their needs and help them effect change. She worked in charities for a decade, growing impact in support at The Brain Tumour Charity as its Director of Services and at Age UK. These experiences shaped her vocation for enabling significant change in health care and support. Before that she delivered high growth in strategy, technology and marketing roles in organisations like eBay, the Financial Times and Guardian Media Group.
Catherine graduated with an MA in Natural Sciences and an MPhil in History and Philosophy of Science from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge. She is proud to be a trustee of the British Neuro-Oncology Society which supports improving research and care for brain tumours.
