About the role

The newly published NW London Evaluation Toolkit was collaboratively conceptualised and designed by a cross-sector consortium of health and care, academic, and innovation organisations in NW London, with collective aims to:

  • Improve the evaluation capability of health and care staff in NW London
  • Standardise the approach we use to do evaluation in NW London
  • Enable improved decision-making through better use of qualitative and quantitative evidence

The toolkit will be the home for tools, resources and guidance to support users to conduct their own evaluations and access expert evaluation support, with ultimate aims of enabling system-wide decision-making that supports better patient and population health outcomes, boosting staff productivity, securing funding, and building a learning health system.

The Product Manager will play an integral role in driving the realisation of these ambitions by taking the toolkit from initial launch through to robust use by target users across the NW London health and care system, driving user-centred development.

The post-holder will need to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously with self-direction. The wider cross-sector consortium will value the proactive recommendations and product management expertise of the post-holder.
