The Population Health Learning Lab provides an opportunity to share past and current experience of developing outcomes-based commissioning contracts and developing accountable care systems and organisations.
How the Learning Lab operates:
- Invited to leave their roles behind and learn from each other in action learning sets;
- Encourage to experiment with outside-the-box thinking and solution-finding;
- Given the opportunity to hear for from others both nationally and internationally;
- Connected with networks to share insights on the development of new delivery models of care
Who should attend:
Priority is given to NHS employees involved in outcomes-based commissioning/accountable care projects.
The Learning Lab meets quarterly for a half-day and we ask that attendees commit to attend as many sessions as possible.
