Digital Access Project Manager for North West London’s Digital First programme

As part of the General Practice Forward View, GP Online Consultations were rolled out to all practices across North West London enabling patients digital access to primary care. The COVID-19 pandemic has seen the need for digital services in healthcare increase, however this has led to concerns around patients who are potentially digitally excluded.

The post holder will be responsible for leading the digital inclusion project, working to improve inclusivity for all patients accessing care across the Digital First Programme within North West London ICS (hosted by Imperial College Health Partners). This will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the system including patient groups and patient engagement leads. The post holder will take the lead on day-to-day delivery, overaching project plans, monitoring and flagging associated risks and issues (escalating where appropriate), and reporting into associated programme boards on progress. The post holder will ensure effective management of dependencies within the programme and across the portfolio of programmes and ensure alignment between pan-London deliverables and the local transformation programmes.
