Manpreet joined Imperial College Health Partners (ICHP) in September 2017 as a GP Advisor to the Integrated Care Team.
Having qualified from the University of Leeds, Manpreet completed postgraduate medical training in North-West London, working across many of ICHP’s partner organisations including roles in transformation and project management. During training, she completed a National Medical Director’s Clinical Fellowship, working at Public Health England and the Care Quality Commission, gaining experience in health strategy and policy.
Manpreet is currently a GP in Hillingdon. Her role at ICHP involves working with partners and citizens towards creating local place-based systems of care. This work combines her passion for creating a shared culture of continuous improvement & innovation, with how we practically move towards measurement of value at both the patient and population level.
She is the co-founder of TEDxNHS (proudly sponsored by ICHP)- a platform for sharing ideas to inspire those working in healthcare to think differently, dream bigger and design better for the population we serve.
