Kay joined Imperial College Health Partners in January 2016 as the Patient, Public and Professional Involvement Lead. Kay’s remit enables a whole systems approach to patient and public involvement across our North West London partners who collaborate on our work programmes within the community we serve.
Kay has a background in senior project management with particular expertise in communications linked to engagement, equality and social inclusion. She has spent the last eight years in the public sector enabling community insight interventions for service transformation, commissioning, primary and secondary care delivery. Embedding sustainable culture change, policy and service re-design. Kay spent the previous 15 years in the private sector, developing and implementing a range of people organisational development strategies tailored to suit global commercial requirements.
Kay is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and she acquired an MBA from Brunel University in 2010.
