Claudia joined ICHP in October 2019. She works on a range of change management projects including the Rough Sleeping and Mental Health Programme (RAMHP), working with Mental Health Trusts, local authorities and outreach teams to increase access to mental health services for people sleeping rough.
Before joining ICHP Claudia was a UX Manager at the biggest national breast cancer charity, Breast Cancer Now, leading a team to develop digital psychosocial support services for women diagnosed with breast cancer. She has a particular interest in codesigning services with a human-centred and agile approach.
Claudia is currently completing a MSc in Healthcare and Design at Imperial College London and has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Bristol, where she focused on the philosophy of the mind and the phenomenology of illness.
