Andrew joined the Central London Community Healthcare Trust as Chief Executive Officer in October 2016. Central London Community Healthcare Trust is a large stand-alone community NHS Trust, with 3,500 staff delivering services to adults and children across ten London Boroughs and Hertfordshire.
Andrew is a passionate believer in developing NHS services outside of hospitals as an essential part of the future NHS. Prior to joining Central London Community Healthcare Trust Andrew was Regional Director for NHS England’s South of England region. He has worked in the NHS for over 20 years across community, hospital and primary care and also has experience in social care and charitable organisations.
From 2012 to 2014 as the Managing Director of North East London Commissioning Support Unit, Andrew led a team helping commissioners to improve services, outcomes and value for their communities, supporting 17 CCGs, two NHS England Regions, 1000 GP practices, 11 Local Authorities and a number of providers to help improve the services they commission or deliver.
