Biography

Kyle joined ICHP in September 2021. Prior to this, he worked as a research and evaluation consultant for third and public sector clients, including NHS bodies and local authorities. This involved carrying out service evaluations and strategy and best practice reviews across healthcare, employability, and social welfare. Kyle’s work focused on services for those with multiple complex needs, health inequalities, and LGBTQ+ health.

Kyle has a background in social research and completed a PhD at UCL on diversity and change management in contemporary archives and museums. While at UCL he also worked on helping measure the real-world impact of research done in the School of Life and Medical Sciences and co-edited the qualitative health research volume Immobility and Medicine (Palgrave Macmillan 2020).
