NB1_2351Yinka joined Imperial College Health Partners as an Innovation Delivery Lead in October 2014. In her role, Yinka leads on driving forward a transformational programme focussed on Patient Safety and Medicines Optimisation. Yinka was appointed Programme Director for DigitalHealth.London as of March 2016

Prior to joining the Partnership, Yinka spent 10 years of her career in management consultancy, specialising in the healthcare sector, delivering programmes of work related to technology enabled transformation and change management within the NHS. Yinka has held a number of senior roles leading complex projects which include the areas of Integrated Care; Data sharing; Clinical Risk management and Electronic prescribing, across multiple healthcare organisations across the country. Prior to her life in management consultancy, Yinka spent 11 years practising as a Pharmacist within the Community, Acute, and Industry settings.

She brings a range of skills including Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, and Digital innovation. Yinka has a degree in Pharmacy from University of London, and an Masters in Business Administration from Imperial College Management School.
