Ronke was appointed as Director of Programmes, Change & Performance Management at Imperial College Health Partners in July 2013. In her role, Ronke leads on ensuring that there is a systematic and disciplined approach to the management of the Partnership’s programme of work. She has a key role in both supporting and challenging performance at all levels within the Partnership to drive improvement, as well as setting up systems to ensure consistent achievement of targets which contribute significantly to the overall success of Imperial College Health Partners.
Prior to joining the Partnership, Ronke spent 13 years of her career in management consultancy, working in roles in information technology, business transformation and change management functions before specialising in strategy execution, performance management, service transformation and programme management within the NHS. Ronke has held senior positions at BUPA, Care Quality Commission, NHS Croydon, NHS Westminster and Barking, Havering, Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust.
She has a masters degree in Business Administration from Imperial College London and has undertaken Executive Education programmes from both London Business School and Harvard Business School.
